What is whole life coaching?

Whole-life coaching is a powerful alliance designed in partnership with you to discover and develop your full potential as a human being. We begin with the premise that YOU are naturally creative, resourceful and whole. Catalyst Whole Life Coaching is based on the Co-Active Coaching Model from the Coaches Training Institute, which is designed to forward and enhance the lifelong process of human learning, effectiveness and fulfillment.

 

Who can benefit from coaching?

ANYONE who is ready to create the change necessary to have a more fulfilling and balanced life but is encountering obstacles to creating that change.

 

Why Hire a Coach?

There are times in our lives where we feel stuck, trapped or in the middle of a major life transition having to do with career, relationship, health, or other areas of our lives. We may be confused about what we want, or we may know what we want but can’t seem to make it happen. We may have voices or gremlins that tell us we can’t do it or that we aren’t good enough. Catalyst Whole Life Coaching can help you get past the gremlins and take positive action.

 

How do we work together?

I offer a free, 30-minute sample coaching session. If we decide to work together, we will schedule  a 2-hour discovery session (face to face if possible). In that session, we will design how we want to work together. After that, we will schedule appointments by phone or in person – 4 per month at 45 min each. Communication between sessions via email or phone is allowed on a limited basis. You will gain more from coaching if you are willing to make a commitment of 3 months.

  

What are sessions like?

You have the answers. As your coach, I will help you discover the reservoir of possibilities within and develop the process for achieving your goals.  I will be your number one advocate in helping you grow to where you want to be. I am committed to creating a safe and healthy environment for us to work in. The real changes and growth come between sessions so I will challenge you with tasks and goals to accomplish between sessions.
